No additional charges apply for standard access to the platform content. For digital content such as Course A modules, cancellation rights are lost once the customer begins accessing or downloading the content. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing cycle, but no pro-rata refunds are issued for the current period except where statutory rights apply.
Refund Eligibility, Exclusions and Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are available only where the service has not been substantially accessed or where a technical fault prevents use. Non-refundable items include any partially completed modules, downloaded materials, or promotional bundles. Refunds are not granted for change of mind after the cooling-off period or after content consumption has begun. Services already delivered in full are excluded from refund eligibility.

Special Rules for Digital Content and Subscriptions
Because Course A consists of digital content, the 14-day cancellation right ends immediately upon the customer starting to stream or download any module. Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date. Promotional offers are subject to their own terms stated at the time of purchase and generally do not qualify for refunds beyond statutory minimums.
Failed Payments, Duplicate Charges, Chargebacks and Fraud
Failed payments result in immediate suspension of access until resolved. Duplicate charges are investigated upon notification and corrected within ten working days. Chargebacks are treated as disputes and may lead to permanent account termination. Suspected fraudulent activity is reported to the payment processor and relevant UK authorities in line with PECR and data protection obligations.
Mandatory Consumer Rights
